Mr. Witch

One half of the Witchlight is the ever stern and always dapper Mister Witch. He seems to have a obsession with time and the carnival's strict adherence to schedules. He is businesslike and humorless as he deals with staff and keeps the carnival running on schedule. A smile on his visage is a rare event, and it fades quickly. He dresses with panache, though in muted tones, and always carries his magic pocket watch.
