Ruddles Bandage

Ruddles bandages are a medical treatment that is commonly used to reduce the ongoing burning pain of elemental burn.

Utility

Ruddles bandages reduce inflammation, itchiness, and pain of burn wounds. Depending on the superficial injury, they can be used as a hot or cold bandage.

Infected wounds of various sorts like cuts, scratches, flesh wounds, and to some extent, open fractures. Generally, wounds that need cooling like burn wounds, or scratched skin rash
Application
Apply the soaked cloth to the wound and wrap it loosely with a fresh ordinary bandage. Replace the damp piece as soon as it reaches body temperature. Ruddles bandages can be applied multiple times a day.

Manufacturing

Needed Tools and Materials
A sharp foraging knife, a kettle or pot, a stovetop or fireplace, and a big heat-proof vessel are required to manufacture ruddles bandages. a fabric, preferable fine cloth from plant fibres, and, most importantly, ruddles flowers are required.
Manufacturing Process
  1. Gather the ruddles flowers.
  2. Chop the flowers to increase the surface area.
  3. Boil water within a kettle or pot on a stovetop or fireplace. Meanwhile, put the chopped flowers into a big heat-proof vessel.
  4. Pour the hot water over the chopped flowers and let them steep for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Strain out the flowers and let the decoction cool down if a cold bandage is wanted.
  6. Soak a piece of cloth within the hot or cold decoction.

This medical treatment can be manufactured by everyone having a basic knowledge of herbs and their processing. Regardless of self-manufacturing solutions, herbalists and medical practitioners usually have ruddles bandages in stock.
