The Prophecy of the Clockwork Tower

Heads up! Read the introduction article before continuing to read further to learn more about the rules and story setting.

After several minutes of word puzzling and interpretation, I managed to decipher the cryptic text.
In the land where the moon fades pale,
A clock tower's secret shall unveil.
To reverse the harvest's cruel drown,
Seek the crow with a thunderous crown.   With specters' whispers, you must align,
Eerie apparitions, a path to define.
Incorporeal riddles, their secrets unfold,
To reach the tower, let their stories be told.   Sharp beak and claw guard the way,
Summoning courage, come what may.
Nausea and shiver may grasp your core,
But heed these words and journey forth.   In the epitaph's wisdom, salvation awaits,
A chance to alter the village's fateful states.
Drown not in despair, but conquer the test,
For time itself shall grant you the harvest's rest.
Thinking about the rhymed words, it appears to me that they are more of a prophecy or riddle that might improve our overall situation, given they are true words. There is a large tower behind the forest, often encased in dark thunderstorm clouds that could fit into the tower of the poem.   Should I visit the tower for further investigation or ask some people out of the community if they know something about it first?

How do you proceed?
