Career

Qualifications

The current warden of the location needs to evaluate the empathic relationship towards nature and its inhabitants. If the empathic relationship is good enough, the warden apprentice will be trained by the current warden. Without the training, there isn't any way to be called nature warden.

Career Progression

1. Warden applicant
   The warden applicant is most likely the son or daughter of the current warden. In rare cases, applicants from outside the warden family, especially if there aren't any children as heirs to the warden profession.

3. Nature warden

Payment & Reimbursement

There essentially isn't any payment other than what nature gives to them, as it is more an inner determination than a profession. What the surrounding nature is giving back to the warden varies.

Other Benefits

They are highly respected amongst all types of elves and nature-loving creatures as they ensure that nature doesn't get damaged irreversibly.
