It's the witching month. And that makes it a perfect time to hold a Discord horror event on October 28th: A 12-hour straight live-write of an Ethnis horror story. No understanding of lore needed. No obligations on you for interaction, just a long-haul storytime where you can follow along as you please, and interact with me during breaks.

Vess is a Sorrow from the Clade of Operant Drama, a Director of a troupe charged with taking the world of Axioma Brut from the clutches of Hedonite mobsters. During this she must end a rival Sorrow cabal, the Cannibalites, who wish to plunge the world into corruption and disease.

It's a threeway battle, and the enemy of her enemy is not her friend.

For those who do wish to interact... you may just find yourself as a whisper in the wind, words murmured in the protagonist's ear, and demands upon Vess' conscience as she fights her way tooth and claw through the tale...

Patrons voted on the story, which will feature a Helyk Sazashi of the Sorrows, a character of Monolithic power, but supporter involvement doesn't end there...

All Supporters may access my writing notes by request (spoilers).

Adept may help choose a character's name and sophont.

Master may do that and shape their personality.

Prodigy may do that and speak to Vess through her Masks.
