Neem Dryad are descends of the dryads who live in the feywild. Lilacoris was born as an original dryad before Corellon came to Lilacoris and informed her that she will be the Mother to a new type of dryads and living on the plane of Ethrosa instead in the feywild. Being originally from the feywild they love a bit of whimsy and mischief. Above all else they protect and nourish the forests especially the trees.

Appearances

Neem Dryads have a few different forms they regularly take, a leaf form, half tree and half elf-looking, and showing elf-like features while inside a tree. They mostly present as female, though there are an occasional male presenting Neem Dryad. Neem Dryads are more accepting than the feywild dryads and do not outright distrust male presenting dryads.

Leaf Form

Their leaves are ranging from reds, oranges, yellows, and greens and any mix in-between. They stand around 5'10" on average with about 3" on either end.

Half Form

In this form they tend to have either the bottom half resembling the trunk of a tree with the top half being elf-like or they have a full elf-like form but is covered with roots, branches, and leaves.

Tree Form

When in the trees some part of the elf-like version of the dryad pushes part of the trunk out.

Neem Dryads have a special connection with plants and trees allowing them to be able to create objects others are unable to do. Their specialiy is using wood that has died and willing trees and plants to become something else to make their craft.
They have created a highly sought after textile, Moonfiber, that is used in magical ropes and other magical items that need light but strong textiles. Moonfiber illuminates ever so slightly in moonlight. Moonfiber is only made on the day of a full moon and only 2,500ft each full moon.

Naming: Once a Neem Dryad has completed the Seedling Path they are able to pick their name. Normally the names contain a name of a plant like Lilacoris, Eucaloris, Poppiris, Amaranthis, and Willoa.

Tree Stride: Once on her turn, the dryad can use 10 feet of her movement to step magically into one living tree within her reach and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of the first tree, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree. Both trees must be Large or bigger.
Forest Blend: You have advantage on Stealth checks when hiding amongst the flora.
Speech of Beast and Leaf: You have the ability to communicate in a limited manner with beasts and plants. They can understand the meaning of your words, though you have no special ability to understand them in return. You have advantage on all Charisma checks you make to influence them.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Sylvan.
