Wings of the Dragonfly

***Still a huge work in progress*** Dragonfly wings etched in cooper start the movement of flight off of these bracers. The overall construction of the bracers seems unassuming besides the wings that are lifting off of the bracers yet are still hanging onto them.
The bracers were handcrafted by the Mundett dwarven clan inside Mt. Mundett volcano of the county Edherrand. They are exceptionally made, though the Ethrosa-reknowned clan, was confused as to why Asyn asked them to craft something so simple. Asyn explained the reasoning behind it,
"My Dwarven Friends, the Mundett Clan, I am requesting this humble bracers to be crafted by you all as I am going to add my power into these to be able to pass along to someone who is worthy. Someone who will take notice the artwork and be entrawed by it and not toss it out for being nothing. You are the only ones that I can trust with my powers to not break this humble copper and that will be able to last the test of time. You my Friends are the only ones I can trust and the only ones I respect to be able to undertake this task."
The dwarven clan of Mt. Mundett volcano happily crafted the bracers with the strength to conduct and hold magic for the rest of time. Adding a small bit of whimsy with the lift of the wings off of the bracers.

Item Properties

There is a voice within the bracers that is happy to talk to you in Dragonfly Clan.
When you equip the bracers you can speak Dragonfly Clan.
Three times per long rest you can Polymorph into a dragonfly and you maintain your intellect.
Once per long rest you can commune with Asyn, Deity of the Dragonfly.
