Etlentia parvus

Modern, Sifi, kinda world   The Federation has taken over Etlentia, ruling the country with an iron fist. The Federation took over Etlentia 13 years prior to where the story starts. The Federation has a strict set of laws that are enforced by the guards set in each city across the country. When the Federation took over they banned all languages apart from English, they banned people from having same-sex relationships, there was a curfew, people weren't allowed to have any type of weapon and nobody could criticize or talk bad about the Federation. These are punishable by either death, a public beating/flogging, or imprisonment for an undetermined amount of time.   The year that the Federation took over they pillaged towns and killed the people who put up resistance. They took the children away and turned them into soldiers.   As the years went by a rebellion started to grow in the shadows of the Federation. The rebellion eventually became strong enough to resist and fight against the Federation.
