Twinbridge is a small village in the north of Kaien, nestled in the foothills of the Teeth next to the source of the River Gloaming. It is named for the two bridges that cross the stream that flows through the village, and it has a population of around fifty people.
The people of Twinbridge are mostly sheep farmers. They have a unique celebration pie known as destiny cake.
