Scholar's Day

The day of worship for Quill, Lord of Thought is Scholar's Day, a day celebrating those who devote themselves to study and uncovering the mysteries of the world. Scholar's Day takes place on the 24th Sun of the 12th Altone, and it commonly seen as a day for academia to be published as a mark for the end of the year.

History

The day was first mandated by the Heavenly Throne in 1462, to celebrate the cultural influence of the Heavenly Empire. The day was always deeply linked to Quill, but the mandate lead to the current, standardized form seen in most of Evantian today. It spread quickly across the Arterium lands, as various groups sought to show their prestige with scholarly works.

Participants

All people can join the festivities associated, but scholars and intellectuals are expected to release their works on this day to the masses.
