Where the Royals reign
As the name of these lands imply, the Royal Vally of Avignon is the centre of power in Avignon, as a result of this political power, along with the fertile land and central trading location, the land in the central valley of the Avignch people is heavly population, to levels similar to that of Northern and Central Dithmarburg. Traders will find travel easy, people to trade with many, and connections with many other lands near and far, making it a hugely tempting trade link. Travellers will find a green and amazing land to experience, mostly safe, land. Geography
The Royal Lands are picturesque, classic feudal medival geography, the mostly calm river Rouine and it's distributary the Marne flow straight from the centre, from east to west. Along the banks of these rivers, the Avignon Valley lies, rich in fertile soil and suitable flat lands for settlement, and protected by the mountains and hills beyond the region. On the western edge of the region lies the north most waters of the Canaric Ocean.
Fauna & Flora
The flora and fauna of the valley is among the most impressive in all of Evantian, the fertile land grows lush grasslands and forests, which hold many animals that roam the less developed areas in high numbers. The waterways themselves hold some of the largest numbers of fish seen away from the coastline in Eturia.
Natural Resources
The Royal Valley is one of the most abundent regions in all of Eturia, fishing, farming and grazing is supplied by the Marne. In the hills, foothills and mountains around the valley is plentiful ores and minerals, along with many timber resources.
