Manipulative Male humanoid Devil in a suit kind of deal. treats you as a friend just asks nicely for this uses guilt Tripping and deception before intimidation. In addition Marut is almost completely unable to hurt creatures (this excludes horned creatures) he is only allowed to unleash equal amounts of damage as what he has taken, although there is nothing preventing him from hurting others using his words commanding others to do his bidding.
Does he want to go to the material plain and secondly can he? yes he does want to go to the material plain he is easily able to walk among men and manipulate them to search for arcane secretes get great wealth and power. If there is nothing stopping him then why hasn't he done it sooner? there is something stopping him as a devil he can not willingly transport himself or any other fiend to the material plain, although like all devil rules there are loop holes he can be summoned but this requires knowledge of the ritual and a 9th level spell slot his real name will set him free from any commands and 1000GP worth ruby and one living creature and of course this is illegal basically everywhere. unwilling to travel through unreliable methods such as the amulet of the plains due to potential conflicts with other plain and the desire to not get trapped in another dimension such as limbo.
M believes the party too smart to summon him to the material plain but if they ask him to come he can supply them with a 9th level spell scroll to start the ritual but it will take him 9 hours to make it giving them time to get a living creature (preferably a horned creature)The suited devil M CR: ???
