Curse of the Chaos litch

Those who have dreams of the Chaos Litch are considered cursed and will have bursts of wild magic form inside them and those who die from this magic turn to wooden dolls animated by the Chaos Litch. There is a chance that people who arn't cursed will also turn into Wooden dolls, this happens 2% of the time they are affected by wild magic and 50% of the time when they are killed by the wild magic. these wooden dolls are directly controlled by the Chaos Litch but when uncommand will search for wild magic and defend them Self they do not fear fire although it can kill them easily.   The dolls also gain magical abilities equal to the roll they got to turn into a doll for example a man is killed by a fireball centered on himself after taking wild Arcanum and rolls 61 so turns into a doll (as its larger then 50) and now must yell constantly and can deal 3d6 thunder damage in a cone 3 times per long rest     51-52 A spectral shield hovers near you for the next minute, granting you a +2 bonus to AC and immunity to Magic Missile.   53-54 Immune to pyschic, poison non magical slashing, piecing and bludgeoning   55-56 Can regrow entire body every 24 hours as long as head is intact.   57-58 Burning hands as a cantrip along with all flammable objects combust when in contact with the creature   59-60 Can cast 2 2nd level spells from the warlock spell list every hour.   61-62 Must yell constantly and can deal 3d6 thunder damage in a cone 3 times per long rest   63-64 Constantly surrounded by a thick mist of fog 15ft diameter sphere centered on the creature   65-66 Up to three creatures you choose within 30 feet of you take 4d10 lightning damage once per hour   67-68 Select a creature it makes a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18) or is frightened of you for as long as it can see you they can use an action to repeat the save each turn. once per hour   69-70 as a bonus action can turn itself and all allies within 15ft invisible   71-72 Resistance to all damage   73-74 Select a creature it makes a Constitution saving throw (DC 18) it takes 1d10 poison damage and is poisoned for the next hour. once per hour   75-76 It glows with bright light in a 30-foot radius . Any creature that ends its turn within 15 feet of you is blinded until the end of its next turn   77-78 Transforms into a different beast every turn of CR 1/4 or 1/8 randomly.   79-80 Illusory insects and thorns Spread from the creature dealing 1d6 pychic to any one within 10ft of the creature who fails a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw   81-82 has 2 actions   83-84 Each creature within 30 feet of you takes 1d10 necrotic damage on a failed Constitution (DC 15) saving throw. You regain hit points equal to the half the sum of the necrotic damage dealt.    85-86 Constant mirror image Mirror Image (duplicates are replaced at the start of it's turn)   87-88 has a 60ft fly speed   89-90 is always invisible and can't be heard   91-92 can animate the corpses as wooden dolls   93-94 Has giant skeleton stats and size is huge   95-96 creatures touched by this creature gain vulnerability to piecing damage on a failed Constitution save (DC 18) they can repeat this save at the end of there turn.   97-98 A faint music surrounds them within a 10ft radius creatures who enter the area and fail a Wisdom saving throw (DC 17) fall asleep and don't awake until someone takes an action to shake them awake or they take an action where they repeat the save with advantage or they wake up 1 turn after they leave the area.   99-00 can cast 1st level spells from the sorcerer class.
