Janivil also known as Duke Deagle is a father to one and a husband to a wife, he lives relatively clean excepting bribes by criminals for who want to pass contraband through the city.
Janival is Pretty self centered sloth of a human he worried about the plauge but hasn't taken action to stop it except reliqishing control to the Plauge doctors leaving him fully able to just sleep the day away reading books in his room and eating the food his men bring.
