Fel coin of the gambler

a coin that when flipped activates its effect flip a coin;
on heads the coin is destroyed and a explosion of fire bursts forth dealing 2d6 fire damage to all creatures within 10ft
on tails the coin is destroyed and you regain 2d6 hit points, excess healing is given to a random creature within 10ft.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

it seem's to be a simple mundane gold coin but has a special print, for it to function it has to be flipped into the air and land which ever side is face up causes the user to either engulfed in flames which then shoot outward or a snake like beam of healing energy to appear wrapped around the user.
