Leader of the Rocket jokey's and MCR enthusiast living in Mevlova's criminal hotels managing the drug trade and production while keeping others out of the business. he owns all the drugs in the city and is addicted to Wild Arcanum despite not being able to cast spells, he's completely manic and due to his addiction chaos follows him where ever he goes people who go after him tend to have a rough time as random magical effects are always surrounding him it seems every week they area different gender age and even race although he identifies as male and was born human during one of his Wild Arcanum binges he was killed being resurrected as a female Teifling.
The red hats look at him as both court jester and king of the Rocket jokey's. other's see him as a foolish mad man with too much power and a liability to any thing he touches.
He carries a large contraption used for throwing small bombs which he supposedly got from a gnome of the name Alfread but people can't tell if this was just one of his many hallucinations.
