Shattered claw

These are a strong organised group running on just enough fear and trust to stay strong. They deal with training guard, hunting or fighting animals illegally using Mevlova's magic to make them stronger and live longer. They also deal with illigal magic weapons deemed too brutal or dangerous for legal use. This includes slow and painful magic's that cause internal harm, physiological bombs or excessive fear/ physiological damage or pain and large explosives which only harm organic life.
The gang is run like a family in fighting is prohibited and punished harshly, they also work as hit men for cheap hire and allow members to borrow merchandise if well trusted.  The leader is run by Bruce Fillman who tries to keep an eye on every one in the organisation and has spies going thought his ranks to keep everything in order and avoid a revolt supposedly he's stopped more then 3 revolts due to his spies but there is no proof just rumors.

Structure

Run like a family with Bruce sitting at the top going down he's got about 10 well trusted individuals who elect 5 trusted individuals, the rest of them are called affiliates and work with the gang but aren't given any more privileges then standard mercenaries, although some have devoted them self Souly to Shattered claw all they gain is  a chance to be one of the 50 members who can borrow equipment get paid regularly without having to do jobs and have as much access to the assets as Bruce himself.

Culture

One for all and all for one the top 50 are a family through and through don't mess with one as you end up with the whole gang against you, if you can't be trusted you cant be worked with.

Look after themselves make money and keep the Shattered claw the same for as long as they as possible.

there associates are in many fields and are easy to get in contact with and there is over a thousand of them through out Mevlova. They also have a large some of wealth magic items and critters that there constantly trading selling and moving.
