Silverwood

Flemble's toy shack
Flemble is a rock gnome who makes wooden toys for children and occasionally makes practice dummies and swords for the noble and his son.   Gemmina
he makes bowls he makes spoons you need something fixed he's got that too want a bucket I'm sure he has one but if he doesn't he'll have one soon Gemmina a man you can rely.   Hasselhoff
Beast carver Hasselhoff is an artist carpenter who sells sculptures of animals to just about any one one of his statues is seen in the tavern of a black bear. yes he does take commissions but they take close to a week to complete for medium sized animals and a month for larger sculptures this time doubles for aberrations abominations humanoids and fiends he refuses to make any fay creature or celestial as "There radiance can't be captured in wood plus fay give me the creeps (they have beedi eyes)" The price is up to change depending on complexity and how wealthy you are .(Double price for Nobles and the wealthy ) 5 silver for a small figure (1 Day) 1 gold silver for a medium (1 Week) 10 gold for a large (1 month)     Silver wood Inn
Not every inn has a creative name, this is home to any traveler in town or people whoms house is under construction or repair so as the only bar in town they make there business with beer made from there cellar and birch nuts, (its an odd taste but not bad and it gets the job done as a drunkard cares), they have a bear sculpture made by Hasslehoff and the bar shelfs where put up by Gemmina as gifts so the bar keeper (Walter) is fond of those two, he offers a free night to any one who buys a medium sized figure from Hasslehoff. 2 silver for a night (breakfast included) and 5 copper per beer and 1 silver for a meal .   The Smith
a small smith they have axe heads and bow heads placed on racks. the traveling smith Tagor is in town producing a new set of spear heads axe heads and arrow tips he travels to different towns offering services too towns such as silver wood who don't have a smith of there own and produce bulk orders generally lasting years.   Location
The two closest things are a days journey by foot connected by simple dirt road. To the north west there is the Capital Mevlova who mostly ignore the small settle meant and the barren land between which lots of wild Ox graze closer to Mevlova and patchy forests closer to Silver wood get more sparse as you get towards Mevlova. To the east the path there travels through the forest then flat plane leading to The road between Dandren and Renglees .   Adventure in silver wood.
You're in silver wood for some reason depending on character. When you see smoke rising from the forest, the smoke starts getting denser and flames become visible at this point people start to panic grabbing buckets of water trying to put out the flames. If the heroes try and find the cause of the fire from where the smoke originated there is a frightened young boy in fine clothes he insists that goblins started the fire when you find him. The next day or after a reasonable amount of time has past the lord puts up a bounty on the goblins that starter the fire 100 gold for the goblins head. Though when adventurers look for the goblins they find nothing in the forest no signs that goblins ever where there. On asking the towns folk non of them have actually ever seen a goblin Flemble suggest that it could of been some kobolds that live south of the town stating "Kobolds do love there fires I heard one can teach you to spit fire out of your hands" on further questioning the Flemble might reveal that a kobold was teaching the nobles son this magic. If by this point they figure out that the nobles son started the fire they can confront the noble using evidence they have gathered to prove his sons guilty or talk to the son and make an attempt to get him to confess. If not they might choose to travel to the kobolds home where they will be allowed to enter and talk to the chief (a kobold engineer named Scrumble) as well as the kobold sorcery (Remi) who is teaching the nobles son. Remi is quite proud of this fact and will mention it to the adventurers maybe even suggest that the nobles son is responsible, Scrumble on the other hand is quite defensive and might demand a piece offering if the players are rude or aggressive. Remi will be happy to help you convince the noble assuming the players aren't on bad terms with him.

Government

Silver Wood is run by an elderly couple aged 70 68 who manage most of the towns construction trade and growth there also the place people go for odd jobs and work so if the players ask people where they can earn money they will be directed to them they live close to the center of town in a round looking house made of sheepskin skin and logs. Technically the noble owns the village and land its own but demands very little tax and simply asks no one to break his rules and keeps in good contact with the guard to make sure no criminal activity is happening and in the case of an issue he will deploy his own personal guard.   The Noble
Sir Boreguard and the Boreguard is oddly detached from the village and spends lots of money on his son who wants to learn magic. He loves his son and wife dearly but has a strong sense of justice and punishment enforcing harsher punishments for crimes then the country requires. Surprisingly the son (age 16) is quite good and has already learnt the cantrip fire bolt though it's power isn't fully developed. The Noble also owns land in The Union but prefers silver wood for its local's that includes the Kobolds   Town Elders
Joan and Noah are an elderly couple in there 70s they manage the town and make sure the constructions happens the trade route is on time and every one has work, there rather untrusting of most non humans but they still will give you work if you ask though you may have to beg.

Defences

Make Shift Watch Tower
This rickety old watch tower seems to be cobbled together by the carpenters its not built with any architectural knowledge though all the pieces are well crafted. Gregour the guard works part time as a guard while of duty he goes hunting in the forest, he carries a short bow.   Noble Guard
The noble has 12 guards which live with him in his keep not too far from the village only an hour by horse.   Civilian Defense
Most people have an axe in there home for chopping lumber the only ones proficient would be the lumber jacks but they prefer not to fight unless something serious is happening but in the past Hasselhoff has fought off the local kobolds and wild beasts that enter the village.

Industry & Trade

Silver Wood named after the birch trees that they use for most of there buildings and the forest nearby. (Birch tends to be quite flammable) The towns main trade is in carpentry there are 3 main carpenters all specializing in the use of birch yet each has there unique style (Hasselhoff mostly carves animals and is some what of an artist, Gemmina creates bowls spoons etc. and occasionally helps with construction, Flemble is actually a rock gnome who makes toys for the children and occasionally makes practice dummies and swords for the noble and his son)

Assets

The nearby keep keep has stables for 3 riding horses and a carriage meant for there family.
