Snow beard is a taller than average Dwarf with a pale face and a white beard he is currently recruiting murcinaries to help fight against the hords of red dragon borns you can choose to sigh up but he fears for Graystone if no one helps stop this missing people problem and if u do help against the Red dragon borns there may be no one left here to reward you for your efforts.
after dealing with it though he will happly send you on your way to the town over to talk to there warden who will get you going in the right direction.
