Tingles magic marble's

This pocket sized ball is great for those who love naps and fear for there lives, invented by a half-ling cleric (Tingle The Scared) who found himself too close to death far to many times this tiny marble whips you away to the last place you slept (you had to be asleep for at least 10 minutes). if the place you slept is now occupied you swap places with the object or creature if that object is larger than 30ft cubed or the location is less than a 30ft cube a 15 by 15 by 15 segment of the object is transported (or the size of the confined space if the space is less then 15 by 15 by 15) any creature hit by the object being replaced takes 50 force damage and is pushed back 10ft.
The object takes form as what ever makes the user most comfortable when activated by either consuming crushing or whispering a magic word the user feels as if they are gently being lifted by a loving guardian and then placed back in there bed with a soft lullaby calming any strong emotion as they feel warm and a spectral blanket covers them tucking you in good night. you sleep for at least 5 min unless being woken up or if you're immune to being magically put to sleep. (you may also use one hit die if you have any to heal if you sleep for the 5 min.)

Mechanics & Inner Workings

It uses intense emotion to draw power from the gods letting its user go home and feel safe any one who sleeps with the item on there person gets a dream where they learn about not only it's use but the manufacturing process of the caster who made it this only happens the first night it's on there person.

Manufacturing process

A pearl worth at least 1000 GP must be soaked over night by a constant stream of tears as the Manufacturer weeps wishing to be safe at home in there bed. this posses can take between 1 and 8 hours.
