Dhaloch

Dhaloch is the Estate of the House of Sunda, former Monarchs of the Elven Kingdom of Lakeland. When the House of Sunda ruled Lakeland, it was customary for the immediate brother of the King to reside and control the family seat. While the House of Sunda was exiled at the beginning of the Reign of Vala in 200 GE, the Estate was left leaderless, as to take the seat of an existing House, exile or no, is considered a violation of Elven Custom. The Lake Elves who made their home working the Estate cared for it during the exile, a testament to the loyalty cultivated by the Sundian family.

Surrounded by the cool wet climate prevalent in the Great Lakes, Dhaloch's cool climate is perfect for that of the Lakeland Elves, but can be off-putting for visitors.
