What you can purchase

• Any mundane item from a permitted sourcebook with a specific price listed
• Animals/mounts from a permitted sourcebook with a specific price listed
• The permitted sourcebooks and what is permitted from them are listed here: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/evara-artingstarvist/a/permitted-content-article
• This article is only viewable by people in the Evara "Adventuring Party" WorldAnvil group.

What you cannot purchase

• Items that do not have a specific associated price. For example:
  • The “small bag of sand” item that comes with the scholar’s pack is not available as starting gear unless it is acquired as part of the scholar’s pack
  • Backpack Parachute from Waterdeep Dragon Heist (WDH)
  • Boomerang
• Magical items. You begin to play with 1 magical item for free.

How much you can purchase

• The maximum quantity for any item is 50, though your carrying capacity weight limit may be exceeded before you hit the item maximum.

How to log your spending and share it with the DMs

• Keep track of your spending and store the spending log where the mod team can see it. For example:
  • A google spreadsheet link included as part of your digital D&D character sheet
  • A list as a "Note" in the "Journal Tab" of your dicecloud sheet.

What happens to my unspent gold from character creation?

• You keep it. You can spend it after character creation as long as there is somewhere you can reasonably purchase supplies.
