The Golden Healer, the Great Provider

“Always rest the grain,” said Balfen. “Tear nothing up by its roots that shall not be planted again and I will feed you.”
Balfen is the Great Provider who protects and nourishes the grains and herbs (everything that grows above ground). He keeps the poison, rot and digestive problems at bay. He is in love with Zuzária and gives her flowers and grasses to decorate her domain.
Offerings and prayers are made to him by blending water with seeds and throwing it on the ground. Shamen turn to him for potency in healing and growth. Barrenness is a sign of his displeasure.
