Druids of Ustren

The Druids of Ustren are an order based on the Ustren island continent. Which is a landmass that was once thick jungle of dense, green foliage. Thriving with animals and teeming with life, this strange island over the course of a hundred years was slowly taken over by strange blue giant mushrooms, the cause of which has yet to be discovered. So far over the past few centuries, there seems to be no further spread, however a pocket of mushrooms have sprouted on a few of the floating mountains to the west of Maulbia.

Structure

The Ustrenian druids have structure in place much the same as other druidic circles. 
At the head of the organisation is the Archdruid, who is in charge of the running of the circle and the wellbeing of its druids. The Archdruid takes up the position on a Meritocracy basis coupled with a dreamwalk. Only the top five druids in the circle that have achieved the most can be put forward for the vote and only one can triumph in the Dreamwalk. This walk will test each candidate for their skills and values to determine the rightful ascendant.
Underneath the Archdruid you have the High Druid who will be keepers of the larger groves and namely archivists of the order.
Then comes the Druid, who wander Everand protecting nature, discovering new flora and fauna and ensuring the natural balance is kept
The lowest rank of the order is the initiate who must prove their worth to the rest of the order

Culture

The culture within this order is one of stoic coexistance. Each member know there is a job to be done and will aid each other in achieving this. 
That being said, it is not uncommon for these druids to hold social events near to the groves they keep where new relationships are formed both in the platonic and romantic senses. The Feast of Fertility is one such event, where the druids will attend to seek out their new mate. Despite racial/social expectations of romantic relations. The druids of the order choose themselves, free of judgment, if they mate for life or mate for purely to bring new life into the world. It is fairly common for "summer flings" and "one night stands" to happen within the order but this the druids' consensual choice and they are free from social pressures
