Timeless Horticulture
Hollyhock was taken by the Wyrd before she was even born, tied with it since her creation. Holly can use this connection to the Wyrd to manipulate all Nonmagical plants freely within a 3 mile area. Holly can affect Magical and Otherworldly plants as well with a little bit of her Magi. She can manipulate a Nonmagical plant to have any physical properties she would like, from natural forms like trees, vines, and thorns to physical forms not natural to plants, like swords, shields, armor, objects, etc. She can only manipulate so much plant material at a time and can use magi to increase that amount. Along with this she can make the plants she creates have poison in them that can affect hit points, give conditions, and exhaustion if they fail the DC 22 Constitution saving throw.
Effect
Plant shape
Holly can only manipulate up to 500 ft of plants at a time for free, she can increase this to 1 mile if she takes a point of exhaustion. She can shape them into whatever shape she likes and can create objects, armor, weapons, tools, and other items out of Plants, as well as creating large scale structures. Plants can only do up to 6D12 in dice values. Their AC is always the same as your AC and they have Hit points Equal to your power level (50). Additonally you can cause Plants to have an Etheral quality and interact with time. This can cause Time Dialtion syndrome and other time poisons.
Poison
Hollyhock can create poison that she can deliver through her plants or give to someone to use. She can create any poison she's seen faithfully and she can make her own as well. When hollyhock creates a Poison a creature has to make a DC 22 Con save against it. This poison can ignore resistances and immunities if Holly takes a point of Exhaustion. She can restore or reduce current, temp, and Max Hit Points. She can mimic the effects of any condition for up to 1D12 x 24 Hours, and she can give creatures points of Exhaustion.
Mushroom Dance
Hollyhock innately has a Halo of spores around her that extends out 10ft. Holly can change this radius to 30ft, then to 300ft, then 3 miles. Taking one point of Exhaustion per upgrade. These spores act under the same property as other plants under her control. They also have additional effects, If they affect a creature that give that creature disadvantage to Hollys spell and other magical effects. She can cast spells as if the spores were the caster. Lastly she can make the Zombies she creates stronger.Side/Secondary Effects
Timeless body: While in Symbotic entity form Hollyhocks body becomes incopreal and can only be affected by the past.
Manifestation
Timepowers take the apeeasrnce of stars and Nexus energy.
