The Darwin Project

The Darwin Project is a combined military and civilian Joint Task Force project that was created by The United Solar System League to explore Alpha Centauri AB d, after initial probes indicated an abundance of life there, with a strong possibility of intelligent life. This organization funded the building of The Beagle II, humanity's first extrasolar passenger vessel.
