Tvey
Tvey, to most folk of the modern, civil world, are a threat. A constant example of where life and civilization would be if government in its common forms didn't exist.
They are anarchists. Stalwart are the common folk of Tvey who truly believe that only the strong lead, and the weak lie beaten and bruised. Because of this outlook, one may be forgiven from thinking that they and the Empire of Lowvire get along, but that is incorrect. To Tvey, the Empire of Lowvire is one built on a foundation of lies and deception. Parading visciousness while seated in the height of luxury. No, the Tveyan Wilds are a place to parade said brutishness through blood and violence.
In the common political eye, Tvey is an unofficial, unrecognized country. It sits in a somewhat similar situation to The Fractured East, only not limiting themselves to a more respectable, political takeover. The community of Tvey, for it is not a country or one united province, formed as a result of the previous government collapsing; the civilians thrown into a combination of martial law and total, rioting anarchy.
Government
The Tveyan wilds are anarchic; they have no organized structure of rulership. What they do have, however, are a few of the most noteable leaders, warlords and tyrants who like to say that they are the leader.
