Rolnos is the captain of The Sea Devils, the pirates of the South. He sails in the Whanmata Straight and around the Fractured Islands in search of vessels to plunder. He does so respectfully and tries not to spill blood. He will generally leave civilian craft alone, though he will actively seek out crafts associated with the two Kuhns or any upstart pirate ships.

The illusive captain of The Sea Devils. A fair and intelligent leader, who steals from both kingdoms in The Fractured Islands while never killing a soul.
