Demographics
Elves claim the majority of the population here, with the next highest being Humans, and hen Halflings. Most of the Elves live in the Upper Ell, the wealthier half of the city, and mostly Humans and Halflings live in the Lower Ell. However, there are always exceptions.
Government
Ell Nalore is the home of the Taskenian Council. The five members of the council are in charge of the laws, taxation, and other such issues.
Infrastructure
The city boasts such modern inventions as the airship airfield and magically powered elevators in the taller buildings.
Guilds and Factions
The groups that have the most sway here are the Artisan Collective and Corellon's Academy. The Shadowgarde is beginning to overtake smaller thieves guilds. Both Tillodum's Expeditions and the Brass Bloods have small buildings of operation here as well. The Upstaged Lyres sometimes make their way to Ell Nalore.
Architecture
Ell Nalore is undoubtedly the most beautifully designed city in The Summoned Realm. Most of the buildings in the Upper Ell are astoundingly tall and thin, like Elves themselves. The buildings that are made of stone are usually a white rock, but some richer families have brought in different sorts of stone or wood to distinquish themselves. A lot of the buildings in the Lower Ell are wooden and not usually taller than two stories high. The city is full of greenery and many people decorate the outside of their homes with beautiful lanterns.
Geography
The Upper Ell is situated on top of a plateau with giant marble staircases leading down to the Lower Ell. The geography around the city is wide open plain. Access to fresh water is found underground, so the city has many wells within it and much of the water in the Upper Ell is paid to be purified by mages. The vineyards are past the Lower Ell, outside of the city.
