A very wealthy man, Bert owns most of the land in St. Hadwyn's Mission. Has a treasure trove of belongings, always enjoys collecting rare or unique items. Says it's for his "retirement fund". Despite not being Mayor, Bert has complete control over St. Hadwyn's Mission and its people.
