Jade Plum Citadel
A fortified trade town sitting atop one of the Firepeaks, the capital of the High Lands of An-Teng.
The walls are both thick and tall, topped with projecting semi-circular firing platforms but the only true towers are the two that make up the gatehouse to the North East. Constructed of two courses of large iregularly sized rectangular granite ashlars, set with strong mortar and filled with rock spoil from the mines. The wall-top walkway, crenallations and firing platforms are faced with onyx (rendering them immune to lightweight siege engines) with diagonal bands of black and white that almost seem to glow when the sun hits them.
A crowded place with narrow streets, granite buildings constructed for strength more than grace and hung with silver wind chimes and horns that are constantly sounding in the unceasing winds.
