The beginning

Many eons ago, the material plane was formed by a mass of chaos and energy, provided by the four elemental planes that sorrounded it.   In that time, the four primal forces reigned and battle over the rule of the plane, until the Gods appeared.   With rage, justice, greed and willpower, the gods banished the primal forrces of the elements back to their respective planes of existence and took the material plane for themselves, calling them the creators and rulers of this plane.   All of them came from other planes seeking new lands to create life and new worshippers, and in the beginning, they worked together to build Exandria, a home for which they could come and go from they natural planes.   With time, these gods started creating more and more races and entities, animals started appearing and multiplying, plants started growing, the sea rose up and the sky was formed by wind and gale, and only then, the humans appeared. Not only humans, but the races created by the 12 gods, each with their traits and powers, each with their flaws and weaknesses.
