Crimson Eyes

Perhaps the largest group of Gruumsh's followers anywhere in the world, the mix of orcs and humans who have found themselves members of the Eyes tend to be the most violent and cruel of all Jez-Araz. The group maintains a direct connection and worship with Gruumsh and follows his will to the best of their abilities. Whereas the Claws will raid villages and caravans to get a hold of supplies, the Eyes will kill just for the sake of it. In order to maintain an aura of fear, and scare off any who would challenge them, the Eyes always leave only a single person alive after a raid, and, when possible, blind this survivor in one eye as a twisted homage to their god. The tribe makes their home north of Uthodurn and is a regular danger for the city's hunters and traders. Occasionally the crimson eye will send small war parties to attempt to get members of other tribes to join their cause, and return to the ruiner. This is usually met with failure save for an occasional person who feels lost and directionless.
