The Elemental Plane of Air is one of many Planes of Existence in the universe. It connects to at least two points on the world of Exandria in the Material Plane.

Connections to the Material Plane
The Portal to Zephrah: There is a portal that connects the Material Plane to the Elemental Plane of Air. The Air Ashari established a settlement called Zephrah at the other end of the portal to guard the world from the energies of the Elemental Plane of Air.
Portal in Cavern of Axiom: In Kamaljiori's chamber deep in the Cavern of Axiom, there are gateways to four Elemental Planes.
