Order of the Silver Wing

Structure

The Order is led by a council of elders, who are chosen by their peers for their wisdom and experience. The council oversees the operations of the Order, such as training new recruits, assigning missions, and maintaining relations with other factions. The council also elects a leader, known as the High Wing, who serves as the spokesperson and representative of the Order. The High Wing is usually a veteran paladin who has proven their loyalty and devotion to Xalicas. The current High Wing is Lena Silverflame, a half-elf paladin who has been serving the Order for over 50 years.

Public Agenda

The Order’s main goal is to uphold Xalicas’ vision of a world where people live in harmony and respect each other’s differences. They strive to prevent wars and conflicts, promote diplomacy and cooperation, and heal the wounds of the past. They also seek to free Xalicas from her imprisonment in the Material Plane, and restore her to her rightful place among the gods. They believe that Xalicas’ return will usher in a new era of peace and prosperity for all.

History

The Order of the Silver Wing was founded by a group of paladins who were inspired by Xalicas’ example of courage and compassion during The Calamity. They dedicated themselves to protecting the innocent, healing the wounded, and fighting against tyranny and oppression. They also sought to spread Xalicas’ message of peace and harmony among the people of Wildemount. The Order has grown over the centuries, attracting followers from various races and backgrounds who share their ideals.

Allies

The Order has many allies among the forces of good in Wildemount, such as the Kryn Dynasty and the Cobalt Soul. They also have a good relationship with Corellon’s followers, who respect Xalicas as one of his most loyal servants. The Order is also open to working with anyone who shares their values and goals, regardless of their affiliation or background.

Enemies

The Order’s main enemies are those who seek to sow discord and violence in Wildemount, such as the Cerberus Assembly and the Cult of Vecna. They also oppose any tyrants or oppressors who abuse their power and exploit their people, such as King Dwendal of the Dwendalian Empire. The Order also has a long-standing rivalry with the followers of Desirat, one of the other Lesser Idols who represents fire and destruction.

High Wing

The name of the current High Wing is Lena Silverflame, a half-elf paladin who has been serving the Order for over 50 years. She is a charismatic and courageous leader who has led many successful missions and campaigns for the Order. She is also a devout follower of Xalicas, who often communicates with her through dreams and visions. She is respected and admired by her fellow paladins, as well as many other allies of the Order.
