Shiny Things Stream!

Today Bonk, Rakhett and Lilith met up with Turk.



During Turk 's visit with Bonk and Rakhett, he got to know them a bit and is aware they're from the Marrow Valley. At some point Rakhett asks Turk to turn the golden rings into earrings. At this point, Turk recognizes that the rings that Rakhett shows him is magical in some way but he doesn't know how exactly. As Turk becomes more blunt about his intentions, he asks if they're in town to buy something from Turk. At this point, he is asked for something less expensive than his normal wares by Rakhett asking "What do you got in the back?". Turk heads over to a smaller shed in the back, and starts ruffling around while Bonk and Rakhett plan their heist. In the midst of Turk searching, Bonk and Rakhett were about to snatch a fancy set of plate amor and 2 aristocratic daggers without Turk noticing.
They shortly part ways after investigating a coal chunk with Turk and finding nothing inside. At this point the party now has these stolen goods and a large bulky full set of decorative armor plating that they have to hide. Rakhett has a brilliant idea to steal the bear rug from the center of the inn and use rope to create an improvised backpack-looking cover for the plate armor and strap it to Bonk's back. With having things setup this way, they decide to leave town looking for another town to sell the plate armor to a vendor who won't recognize the crafter.
The party came across a split path to either traverse alongside the mountain base knowing that they would have a landmark to follow, travel into the barren desert-snowy plains that has a traveled path, but no clear destination, or they could hike up the mountain path and see where that leads. They decided to lean into the possible dangerous mountain passage, and spend about 3-ish days weaving from mountain to mountain. They saw a large volcano in the distance with blackish smoke billowing out constantly. Around Day 2 they hear this horrific roar and see 300 feet of flames shooting out of the volcano. Paying no mind to this, they take another split path that lead them down the mountain and to the base where they were met with a eerie forest and also the path leading northward (which they assume is the same path that followed the mountain base the whole time.)
They made camp in a dug-out into the mountain to get some rest before traveling further. At this point the party has inspected the rock, daggers, and rings to see if they noticed anything. We leave off tonight's session at 2am heading into a long rest.
