Sea elves are a reclusive folk that, thanks to their abillity to breathe underwater, live in the waters off the Menagerie Coast. Due to their rarely conversing with other humanoids, they have been reduced to legend or tale to most, though some believe they are real, and some believe they control both the King Manfried Dwendal and the Kryn Dynasty, puppeteering their war to ensure a weakended humanoid society when they rise from the sea to conquer all.
