Description

Most of her family died before she was born. Her mother, father, and grandmother were killed by adventurers. This convinced her to rid the world of adventurers around age 9. At age 12 she gets taken in by a dark guild, given growth stims, and groomed into being a sad vengeful warrior.   She was later killed by the person who killed her grandmother.
She was broken, tired, and scared when she died.

Actions

Multiattack. Red makes 4 weapon attacks per turn.
Cape Swipe. For 1 minute, the cloak whips around following the melee attacks of the wearer. All creatures within 10 feet must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 4 Slashing damage.   Crescent Rose. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 60/180ft, one target. Hit: 13 2d8+4 Piercing damage.
Crescent Rose. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 17 2d8+8 slashing damage. Upon dealing 24 damage, the target gains 1 level of exhaustion.
Prune the thorns(recharge 4-6). Melee Weapon Art: +8 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit: 11 2d8+2 slashing + 11 2d8+2 Piercing damage. Beheads target when you deal 22 damage. Crescent Rose must be loaded before each use.
