Fort Oulofs

The Capital city of the nation of Blaubeuren. The city has a small population of about 15,000 people but they are fiercely loyal to their town and their history. The city is about 7,000 years old and has been a centre for trade for a lot of this time. There is however a restriction on the people who can live in the city and if you are not a homeowner you are restricted to visiting the city no more than one week in the month.
This has restricted the city's growth over time and has kept it geographically within the city walls.
