Mountains of Puigreig

The Mountains of Puigreig are the highest mountains on the The Continent of Romalia and the The Continent of Stabatia and form part of the dividing line between both continents. It is the second tallest mountain range on the planet of Exflora. 

The U-shaped layout of the mountain range produces a very cold inner temperature inside the U and a very windy environment outside the U, as the winds can whip around the mountain range either clockwise or anticlockwise depending on the season. 
Several cave passageways through the mountains allow trade to continue throughout the year. These are controlled by Puigreig who the mountain range is named after. 
The mountain range is very important in rainfall generation and is the major source of river flows in the region.
