The Zient civilization was established on the Peninsula lands of the Romalia continent up to 7500 years ago. They were one of the earliest peoples in the region and as such became adapted to living in the area. Their contribution to the spreading of trade and modern culture throughout the Romalian and Stabatia Continents was cemented by the establishment of several very well-defined trading routes over both continents. Over the centuries they built up a system of roads, fortified trading posts, overnight forts for the travelling traders to sleep in, and a series of market towns along the paths for the sale and purchase of goods. These spread over the 2 continents eventually becoming the most traversed trading routes in the area.
The predominant Old Order Trade Routes were the following:
The Ancient Road |
Trades from the Zient lands to the Tallian Peninsular and Bogopoi |
Great Southern Route |
Trades from the Zient lands to the ports of Kotto |
Odes Way |
Trades from the city of Miyaha to Me Kong and Sre Umbell |
The Sacred Way |
Trades from the Zient lnads to Puigreig |
Yrem River Route |
Trades from the port of Oraims to the city of Calavia |
The Eastern Stepps Route |
Trades from the city of Niutuo to the port cities of Morarron |
North Highland Pass |
Trades from Fgearron to the Mozarron Highland |
South Highland PAss |
Trades From Luz to the Adra Highlands |
The fall of the old order in Romalia Society came in
/.
/ 15150 when the "Great Upheaval" events occurred. At that time the Zient Civilization split into 3 distinct countries with 3 separate government systems,
Blaubeuren,
Neokar and
Werraland. However, the Old Order Trade Routes were mainly not affected with only a slowdown in activity and not abandoned, so the influence of the Zient people continues to this day.
