Carbunkle
A smallish rodent about the size of a house cat, with a shining horn on its head, like a glowing coal. This horn is said to bring good luck and fortune to those it touches.
Carbunkles are extremely dexterous and excellent climbers. As a result, they tend to make their homes higher up to avoid predators.

Carbunkles are largely scavengers and will typically forage for berries, nuts or edible plants. In an urban setting, they will eat just about anything they can get their paws on.
