Grand Sage

The title of Grand Sage is offered to the person that the rest of the members of the Conclave of Gears decide on in a secret vote that takes place every five years. 
The Grand Sage is the leader of the Conclave of Gears. They break ties, judge disputes, and determine the laws that govern what Dimmin society can and cannot research.
