Dr. Latten
Dr. Howard Latten (a.k.a. Evil Jack)
Dr. Latten is an albino grave-robber that stumbled upon the corpse of a lycanthrope and was able to synthesize a blood serum from its body that changes him into the gregarious but predatory Evil Jack. As Evil Jack, Dr. Latten hopes to get his hands on more supernatural blood and create a serum that will make him a chimeric hybrid of multiple monsters.
He's a socially awkward individual who can't go out in the daytime without risking adverse skin conditions such as cancer.
