Formorian

Shortly after Revelation, the formorian nation made itself known to the nations of the world and began making demands. They are a race of aquatic humanoids who live beneath the sea, and claim they inhabited the Earth long before mankind. This would be a politically supercharged issue even in a time of peace, but after Revelation, it could easily be catastrophic. It is not known how many there are, and how much threat they present to the world at large. Their technological development seems to be medieval, but they possess other powers unknown to mankind, so it is difficult to gauge the danger they represent. Formori (pl.) are amphibious, and utilize a water-spitting attack as deadly as a gun. Some demonstrate other abilities, such as shape-shifting. Most disturbing of all, they make reference to the Old Ones, the ancient terrible gods mentioned in the Necronomicon.
