Skit
You swing the door open and walk inside. Immediately, you see some foul creature, slavering and staring at you in a most unpleasant way, however, it does not attack. "Don't be afraid," says the voice with a nerdy sneer, "Come inside." You continue through another door and down some stairs into what you recognize to be a coverted utility station, which has been redecorated in a mix of modern and rustic styles. At the bottom of the stairs is a threadbare carpet leading you into a larger room that was probably full of machinery, but has been cleared into a large working space full of arcane equipment. There are several bizarre creatures that may at one time have been men, and at the far end at a workbench is a tall lanky figure in a long cape with a sharp nose and chin, who regards you with a mix of apprehension and amusement.
