Sybarite

Sybarite is a the owner and proprietress of the Nic Nac Nook.  She is usually dressed in red leather with a feather boa, and is kind and friendly to her clientelle, and seems to be on good terms with many of the people in the City. 

Known abillities

Sybarite seems to no longer be able to practice as a witch due to unknown reasons. She does however possess a wealth of knowledge and is able to cause magical effects in indirect ways. An example of this is Sybarite taking Wilhelm Krüger to a different world or dimension in order to have a private conversation concerning gods.

Backstory

Little is known about the former witches life. Sybarite is left powerless, hiding in Night City after a confrontation with an unknown enemy or enemies. The former witch seems to think that simply staying off the radar is not enough to evade her abillities. She asked Wilhelm Krüger to procure her a protective artifact. The Angel's Tear, or the Vernod Astrinar, or Himyat Altubi (cabalic for "Protection of Love" According to myth, it was given to a woman by an Angel who fell in love with her, to protect her from harm, and it's bounced around the cosmos, appearing in legends on various worlds. She is convinced that it gives the user some protection from attacks.
