Ebolton Hill

A conical hill in the shadow of Thorpe fell, close to the villages of Thorpe and Linton in the Honour of Skipton. A cave near the summit is rumoured to be the haunt of malevolent faeries. Folk in nearby villages often plant rowan trees around their homes or carry other forms of protection.
