RT#1: Escape of the Red Tears
Plot points/Scenes
I. At the family farm in Thusante
The PCs learn about the illness afflicting one of their family members, and are given the task to buy a potion from the mysterious wise woman who lives in the forest, known only as Granny Gnana
II. The Bridge Troll
On the way to the woods, the PCs encounter two young goatherds having trouble getting their herd to cross a small stream to get to the better pasture. Turns out, there's a troll under the bridge.
III. Meeting Granny
The PCs meet Granny, who is willing to make their potion but refuses to take silver. Instead, she asks them to fetch "the crown of a dead queen washed in the tears of a weeping god," and gives them an odd wayfinding tool to help them find it.
IV. Entering the Sepulcher
The PCs break into an old tomb in order to get the crown, and ultimately discover it in a room with the effigys of five gods weeping red tears.
V. Back to Granny
The PCs return to Granny and exchange the crown for the potion, but one of the PCs may discover that Granny is not what she seems...
VI. Returning the Potion
The PCs return to Thusante and deliver the curative potion.

Structure
Exposition
The heroes have come to Thusante to the family farm of one of the PCs, whose father is deathly ill with the spotted fever (think: cholera). There is no priest in the village since the death of Sir Jeroux, and the father will likely die in a week if the disease runs its normal course.
The PC's mother gives her child a pouch of 30 shillings--all the family has--and sends her/him and friends into the woods to meet an old wise woman named @Granny Gnana. Hopefully, the PCs can use the silver to help convince Granny to brew a potion that will cure the fever.
Conflict
The main conflict is the race against time to get the cure from Granny. The PCs know that have to do whatever it takes to convince her to make the potion (with enough time to get back home before Father dies).
