Townmaster Wester

Appearance

Townmaster Wester is a halfling who you've only ever seen terrified. He has a peg leg and a walking stick, but generally speaking, he is somewhat plump. He has black hair swept back with a somewhat unkempt beard.

History

Townmaster Harbin Wester has been Townmaster in Phandalin for the past 10 years, and though he isn't a great Townmaster, he could be worse. The people of Phandalin are happy, despite Harbin's selfish nature.
